To make our time together more effective, please provide the following at the time of our appointment together:
- Floor plans of model
- Special features list or options selected at time of purchase
- Survey or plat of property
- Account numbers for mortgage
- Two copies of the key to the front door
- Invoices for major repairs or improvements to the property
- A list of inclusions and exclusions (what conveys)
- Utility bills, actual monthly costs or monthly budget, for the preceding 12 months. Please calculate the average monthly for each utility
- Monthly alarm/monitoring costs if security system is in place
- Information on any special assessment (if applicable)
- Home owners or condominium association information
