To make our time together more effective, please provide the following at the time of our appointment together:

• Floor plans of model
• Special features list or options selected at time of purchase
• Survey or plat of property
• Account numbers for mortgage
• Two copies of the key to the front door
• Invoices for major repairs or improvements to the property
• A list of inclusions and exclusions (what conveys)
• Utility bills, actual monthly costs or monthly budget, for the preceding 12 months. Please calculate the average monthly for each utility
• Monthly alarm/monitoring costs if security system is in place
• Information on any special assessment (if applicable)
• Home owners or condominium association information
