I can work with most builders and get all the information you need to make any decisions, but I will need to accompany you to the property on the initial visit. If you visit any model homes and I am not with you, but sure to present my business card or inform the builder's agent that you have an agent. They may ask for my name, company and telephone number. If you experience any problem with this process, be sure to inform me immediately.

By letting me help you with builders, you will receive the benefits of having your own representation in addition to any services offered by the builder. You will get more, but you don't have to pay more for it!! Remember, the sales agent in the model home represents the builder and does not represent you or your interests in the transaction. It costs you nothing to be represented by a buyer's agent like myself. I began my real estate career as a sales agent and can offer a unique perspective from both side of a transaction which will hopefully save you time and money.
